A lesson draft is not a teacher’s decision
In a small study, eight secondary computing teachers worked with AI lesson drafts. Reviewing the material helped them clarify their teaching goals. The teachers kept the final call on classroom use. The study did not test student learning or Texas standards.

What the source reports
Eight teachers who teach computing took part in this small study. They met in focus groups. They also spoke as they used an AI tool to draft lessons. As they read and changed the drafts, their goals for students grew clearer. The teachers still chose what was ready to use in class. The study did not test what students learned. It did not check lessons against Texas standards.
